Dark Matter Ball
“It has been compressed into a black hole, yet miraculously remains stable.”
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Dark Matter Ball is a stackable portable container (max stack 99). The tooltip describes matter compressed into a black hole that somehow stays stable. In practice: right-click while holding another item to store it inside; right-click with an empty cursor to dump all contents back into your inventory.
The ball itself is not consumed when you store items. Merging two stacks also merges their internal item lists. Hovering the tooltip lists current contents by name and count.

How to Use
Section titled “How to Use”- Hold Dark Matter Ball with another item on the cursor, then right-click to store it
- Clear the cursor item, then right-click to retrieve everything
- Hover to preview the contents list
Note: you cannot store another Dark Matter Ball inside a Dark Matter Ball.
How to Obtain
Section titled “How to Obtain”Craft at the Omega Substance Polymerizer. Core materials include Shadowspec Bars, Auric Bars, Miracle Matter, Yharon Soul Fragment, Lore Cynosure, and other Calamity endgame ingredients—the exact 9×9 layout is shown in-game.
The Dark Matter Compressor is a separate placeable; its right-click UI is not enabled in current source and cannot craft Dark Matter Balls.
