Pipeline Behavior
Section titled “Pipeline Behavior”Treated as storage, not a normal consumer:
- Pipeline >5% fuller than battery → charge battery (≤600 UE/s per side)
- Battery >5% fuller than pipeline → discharge to pipeline
- Stored UE also marks the network as powered
Generators feed machines first; overflow fills the battery.
