Story & Adventure
Story & Adventure is Calamity Overhaul’s dialogue, commissions, and branching storylines. Each character has a separate line and a separate record.
Key moments use portraits and dialogue. Many conversations offer choices, and the choice can change what happens later. Progress is saved on the character. It does not depend on which bosses the world has beaten, or what is in the inventory.

Progress & reset
Section titled “Progress & reset”Each character’s story progress is stored on the character, not the world. A different character in the same world runs its own line. The same character in another world keeps the same progress.
To start over, use The Forgotten Tome to clear every story-adventure record. Linked flags such as “Brimstone Witch defeated” are cleared with it. See the item page.
