22 trial stages. Boss progress raises weapon level
How it works
Section titled “How it works”Owning SHPC registers trials under SHPC · Trials in Commissions. The first meeting is how you get the weapon, not a second registration gate. Each boss tier cleared raises weapon level by 1, up to 22. Level syncs with world boss kills and only goes up; bosses you already defeated auto-complete their step.
The left-side tracker only appears while you are holding SHPC. If the boss is not spawned, it shows “Target is absent, awaiting summons…”; when present, progress tracks remaining HP. The final step, Battle of Terminus, has no trackable boss: start Boss Rush with the Terminus to finish and reach max level.
Trials only raise the weapon’s base level. The six module slots and cyberspace do not use this progress. Superdream, gifts, and reactive dialogue are on the SHPC story page.

Level 3 → 4 The gelatinous aggregate—a god-level target with no central nervous system or fixed form.
Master, please shatter its core. I will properly record this chaotic architecture.

Seal Breakthrough
Level 4 → 5 A wall of flesh spans the depths of the Underworld; it is a seal from a bygone era.
Master, please blast through it. This is a necessary breakthrough towards a new era.
Tips: If the world is already in Hardmode, this step auto-completes without fighting Wall of Flesh again

Level 5 → 6 The desert serpent has festered into a new strain, its pus testing thick with ichor.
Master, please collect its lesion tissue. I need to trace how this mutation propagates.

Brimstone Sampling
Level 6 → 7 The Brimstone Emissary deep within the lava is diffusing a high-heat reaction.
Master, please extinguish its core flame. I will simultaneously record its energy conversion efficiency.

Level 7 → 8 The first mechanical target is a giant steel worm.
Master, please slice it into recyclable scrap. Try to keep the drive structure intact.

Level 8 → 9 The second mechanical target is that pair of mirrored eyeballs. Coordinated combat is their primary feature.
Master, please dismantle their weapon modules one by one, and be mindful of their laser's scorch radius.

Level 9 → 10 The final mechanical target wears the skull of an old king.
Master, please crush it. Once this mechanical invasion protocol is shut down, I will conduct a concluding analysis.
