Unlock & Recipe

- Go to space (Planetoids)
- Find natural Wind Turbines In The Wilderness (broken variant)
- Mine with any pickaxe
- Nearest player within ~75 tiles unlocks instantly; else 1/3 chance global unlock
Until unlocked, recipe hidden and tooltip shows hint text.
