Mining Machine

The Mining Machine does not break blocks. It rolls a loot table by depth and biome and drops ores. Solid ground must sit under the machine.

Drilling minerals by consuming electrical energy
It needs to be placed in an appropriate location to work properly
Special minerals can be extracted in special environments
