Brimstone Witch
The Brimstone Witch line is the longest storyline in the Calamity Overhaul adventure. A short while after you defeat the Calamitas Clone, she steps in with her own portrait and tells you she has only come to “measure” you. This first meeting offers two answers, fight or silence. Only drawing a weapon opens the rest of the story.
Choosing to fight carries the arc forward into the Moon Lord chapter, then into three commissions where she hands you a weapon and asks you to hunt a specific boss with it. Partway through, Halibut steps in to talk you out of working for the witch. Once all three commissions are turned in, the Brimstone Witch fight swaps to a full set of story lines and leads into the bad ending, Eternal Blazing Now, shortened to EBN on this page.

Notes:
- If the world already records the Brimstone Witch as defeated, the first meeting no longer triggers.
- While holding the legendary Halibut, claim the matching boss gift first so nothing clashes with the first meeting or the Moon Lord scene.
- The Moon Lord reward and all three commissions require choosing draw weapon at the first meeting.
