Brutal Relics
Brutal relics are accessories exclusive to Brutal World. They drop from the matching vanilla boss, and the Bestiary only shows them in Brutal World. The Asura flag by itself does not drop them.
The tooltip ends with a series line marking them as Brutal World relics. The name color pulses between crimson and gold. There is no nineteenth piece, and no relic tied to a Calamity boss.
Each piece has its own item page. The table keeps one hook.

Section titled “Wings of Interference”The item is in the mod. Killing the Empress in Brutal World drops it. Only the Brutal World flag matters.

Tidal Fin input
Section titled “Tidal Fin input”The dash uses the Accessory Skill key (default V), not the Rebirth Wheel key. Rain or water adds a segment and raises damage. Segment count and cooldown: Tidal Fin.
