Shimmer Transmuter
The Shimmer Transmuter spends an item, power, and shimmer. Each convert costs 10 UE and 64 shimmer. Pump shimmer from a pond through fluid pipes. Item transforms and decrafting both work. Coins, and items that release critters, are refused.

Placement
Section titled “Placement”The base needs solid tiles. Run both an energy pipe and a fluid pipe to it. Item pipes can feed the slots.
The item icon currently uses the old Thermal Battery placeholder sprite.
