After the Eye of Cthulhu, use a Thorned Bloombud on the desert surface to summon the Bloomsand Serpent. Each kill drops one of the five below. All five are Green. None of them have a craft line.

The same kill also drops one of four older desert guns: Sand Dagger, Wasteland Fang, Beneath the Sand, Dune Stalker. There is a 1 in 4 chance for Song of the Sand. Those are older guns. See each item page for the sand pieces.

Petals and wild needles deal the same class as the weapon you used.
