Commander's Staff EX
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Commander’s Staff EX upgrades the base Commander’s Staff. Each cast fires 5 thermal beams in a slight fan. Beams extend along the staff until they hit solid tiles. They cut grass, vines, and other soft blocks, and use line damage on enemies.

Combat Behavior
Section titled “Combat Behavior”- Compared to the base staff (single beam, lower damage), EX fires 5 beams with a small spread
- Each beam reaches up to about 125 tiles, attached to the held staff and sweeping as you turn
- Enemy hits spawn radial flame particles; red gradient trails fade over ~1 s
- Cuts grass, vines, etc. (not a pickaxe, but handy for clearing foliage)
