“Instantly gain knowledge of all fish species”
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Encyclopediaof Oceanic Knowledge is a one-time unlock item for the Halibut Legend system. Right-click to play a ~4-second convergence effect: unlearned fish skill icons fly into the player, then all remaining fish skills unlock at once and their slots are saved.
Each newly unlocked skill adds +15 to the maximum value of Abyssal Resurrection and resets the current bar to 0. Progress is permanent in the character save—death or logout does not remove it.
If every fish skill is already unlocked, using it again only shows the combat text “You have mastered all the knowledge” and the item is not consumed.

Effect

- Each new skill is added to the Halibut UI skill bar automatically

- Cannot be used again when fully unlocked
