Overview
Section titled “Overview”Bottled Fish Oil is a reward from the Halibut NPC quest line. Drinking it triggers a “Vitality Surge” visual (particles converge → ring burst at about 0.5 s + rising bubbles) and applies a 3-minute Fish Oil buff.
Beyond fishing and breathing underwater, it matters most while holding the legendary Halibut: crash level +1, letting you suppress one more inner eye layer and slow resurrection bar buildup.

Fish Oil Buff
Section titled “Fish Oil Buff”- Fishing power +10
- Underwater breathing (equivalent to Gills—infinite breath underwater)
- While holding Halibut, crash level +1—activated eyes at or below that layer enter System Crashed state and contribute almost no resurrection buildup; with Fish Oil active you can suppress 1 additional eye layer
- Blue water dust particles spawn around the player roughly every 0.17 s
