Overload Command Core

Overview
Section titled “Overview”Overload Command Core is one of the brutal relics. Hits build ion charge: +4 each, Overload at 100. Stop attacking for more than a second and the charge slowly drains. Piercing shots cannot fill the bar in a single frame.
Ion Overload lasts 5 seconds and raises attack speed by 30%. Hits while overloaded arc between nearby enemies within about 24 tiles, jumping up to 3 times. Each arc deals 40% of that hit’s damage and decays per jump.
Four phantom mechanical arms unfold behind you and strike with your attacks. With a melee weapon they sweep for 24% weapon damage each. With any other weapon they fire ion bolts for 20% weapon damage each.
When the window ends the core overheats for 3 seconds: 8% slower attacks, and no new charge.
