Shatterfang
“A fang broken from the gnashing maw, still aching to bite”
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Shatterfang shares the bag with the three gaze pieces on Eye of Cthulhu Drops, but it plays as a broadsword. Three regular swings lead into a staggering cleave. That cleave grinds the blade down hard.
The swing that drains the blade shatters it on the spot and hurls a huge tooth fragment. Regular swings sometimes fling small gravity-bound shards. A half blade swings faster, hits weaker, and no longer fires shards. Keep chopping and the blade also destabilizes until it crumbles with no extra burst.
Right click spends a moment mending. Idle time also knits the blade back. A chime plays when it is whole.

Combat Behavior
Section titled “Combat Behavior”Left click cycles four beats: three regular swings, then a staggering cleave. The cleave deals about 210% of that swing’s damage. The first three beats do not use this multiplier. A half blade does not perform the staggering cleave.
The next beat cannot start while the previous holdout is still on the field. If you stop attacking for about 1.25 seconds, the combo returns to the first beat.
While the blade is half, weapon damage is about 62% of its usual value.
