Staff of the Destroyer
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Staff of the Destroyer drops in Death Mode. Instead of a normal minion, it lays a tiny mechanical worm on the field—head, body segments, tail—one summon that still eats 4 minion slots.
Summons a miniature Destroyer to fight for you
The higher the summon limit, the stronger the Destroyer
Requires at least 4 minion slots
Combat Behavior
Section titled “Combat Behavior”- Needs 4 free minion slots and no other Destroyer already alive
- With no target it orbits you; on aggro it circles the foe, then after about 2 s of positioning fires 3 death lasers at once (wall-piercing, friendly fire)
- Higher max minions = more segments, longer chain, more damage
- Resegments when your minion cap changes; teleports back if you get too far
