Twin-Pupil Tether

Overview
Section titled “Overview”Twin-Pupil Tether is one of the brutal relics. It summons Vision and Pyrepupil, a pair of mini mechanical eyes that use no minion slots. Their damage scales with your bonuses. The faster you move, the wider they spread and the longer the line between them.
Vision snipes mid-range enemies with lasers: 140 base damage, about one shot every 0.7 seconds, out to about 69 tiles. Pyrepupil breathes cursed flames within about 21 tiles: 40 base damage, five gouts per second. A cutting tether is always strung between them, slicing the same enemy up to about 4 times per second for 80. Cut enemies take 25% more damage from the pair for 3 seconds.
Double-tap Down to order a cross charge. The eyes flank your cursor, dash through each other, and detonate at the crossing. The impact deals 380 and the burst 1100 base damage. The charge cools for 9 seconds.
