Whiteout Storm Core

Overview
Section titled “Overview”Whiteout Storm Core is one of the brutal relics. While worn you gain 3 defense and 5% damage reduction. Chilled, Frozen, Frostburn, and Frostbite do not apply.
Taking damage detonates a whiteout storm. It lasts 6 seconds and cools for 20. Nearby enemies within about 31 tiles take 120 base damage, 3 seconds of confusion, and 6 seconds of Whiteblind. Whiteblinded enemies are heavily slowed and take 10 frostbite per second. Bosses cannot be confused and barely slow.
During the storm you gain another 30% damage reduction and knockback immunity. The snow veil never blocks your sight.
While you keep running on the ground, a row of ice spikes heaves ahead about once a second. Each spike deals 45 base damage and briefly chills.
