Effect
'Clearing': landing hits while open accumulates clear-sky intent; the instant the umbrella closes, a searing beam of daylight crashes onto the cursor, damage scaling with gathered charge

However dense the storm, clouds must eventually part. The shaft of sunlight piercing through when closing the canopy is the most dazzling of all
During one rain, drop, pour, geyser, and puddle hits each add 1 clear-sky charge, cap 30. The instant the umbrella slides back to the shoulder, if charge is at least 3, a beam drops at the cursor and the meter clears. Below 3, it only clears. No beam.
Beam damage is umbrella damage × (2 + 8 × fill). At 3 charge that is about 2.8×, at 30 it is 10×. Ink damage in an attack state is multiplied by 0.92. Idle on the shoulder does not take the cut. Unequipping Kikasa skips recall, so the beam does not fire. Raising the umbrella for a new rain clears the meter.
