'Heavenly Thunder': pouring a torrent opens a 10-second lightning window: drops have a 20% chance on hit to call down direct lightning strikes, dealing 180% piercing damage along the bolt

Standing waters invite lightning under steamy swamplands. When water reaches its peak, thunder descends along the flow, piercing cloud and marsh

Each finished pour opens a 10-second strike window. Inside it, an ink-drop hit has a 20% chance to split from the top of the screen to the impact at 180% drop damage. Two bolts are at least 0.5 seconds apart. Another pour resets the window to a full 10 seconds. A pour into empty air still opens the window.

Geyser damage is multiplied by 0.80. Only drop hits call thunder. Without a pour, the window never opens. Rainbow Bridge needs a landing to rise. These two are not the same condition.
