Effect

'Lingering Mist': every third ink drop becomes mist: leaves a fog lasting 2 seconds on impact, enemies within take continuous damage and lose 10% movement speed

Burden

Origin

When water vapor peaks, falling rain condenses into clammy fog. Those caught within lose their bearing, chilled to the marrow

Rim drops count 1, 2, 3. Every third drop becomes mist: body damage multiplied by 0.70, and a fog stays 2 seconds where it lands or expires. The fog is about 7×5 tiles. Enemies inside are pulled back 10% of their movement, and take a tick about every 0.5 seconds at 40% of the mist drop’s damage.

The other two drops are unchanged. Pour scatter does not count in the three. If another talisman has already claimed the drop, that drop does not become mist, but the count still advances.
