Mechanics
Base -35% spread, -10% fire rate.
Below ~0.6 move speed, +1 Overwatch stack ~every 0.3s (max 5); when moving, -1 stack ~every 0.1s.
Per stack: +3% damage, +2% crit (max ~+15% damage, +10% crit).

Boss turret core; find a footing before the fight, since tiny repositioning resets stacks
