Right-click spends 500 UE to start rain. Right-click again while it is raining to clear it. Wind does not listen. Multiplayer hears who pressed it.

Placement
Section titled “Placement”The base needs solid tiles. Run an energy pipe to it and fill the tank first. Cap is 1000 UE.
