While firing, periodically summons a white dragon controller that keeps launching dragons at enemies for a duration

Mechanics
While firing with cooldown ready and no active white wyvern controller on field (about 25 seconds base, shortened heavily by domain layers), a controller spawns above you for 10 plus domain layers seconds. Every about 0.6 to 2 seconds (shortened by domain layers), it launches 1 plus domain layers divided by 4 small white dragons toward the nearest enemy within about 87 tiles with serpentine paths and light leading.
Damage per dragon is about 160% of that shot's damage plus 40% per domain layer. Only the first segment of each dragon hits; on hit it explodes in about 11 tiles and vanishes. The controller deals no damage. Firing again while active does not spawn a second controller.
Tips
Long-cooldown sustained output; open with it on boss fights or phase changes. Keep enemies within about 87 tiles and keep shooting to maintain the controller. Domain layers extend duration, shorten launch interval, and add dragons per wave
