Crafted at a workbench near water. Pickup records it in the case.

Effect

'Downpour': inverted charge rate +35%, ink geyser damage +20%; at full charge opening the torrent unleashes an area shockwave at the source, dealing 80% torrent damage and widening the deluge

Origin

When a cloudburst falls, the skies feel breached. Rain either stays withheld, or pours without reserve

Invert-charge fills in about 1.5 seconds at the low end, faster with more minion slots, down to about 0.93 seconds. Once hung, charge rate is multiplied by 1.35, then clamped so fill time is no less than about 0.3 seconds. Geyser damage is multiplied by 1.20. Steady rain tempo is multiplied by 1.08.

At full charge the bowl brims and hums. Releasing right-click then widens that pour: width multiplied by 1.15, and a burst at the source for 80% pour damage in about 6 tiles. Pouring before full charge is an ordinary fall.

Geysers still need Lake Tilt and a full charge. This talisman only strengthens that geyser. It does not create geysers at low slot counts.
