Effect

'Ink Soak': enemies standing in puddles stack soak stacks (up to 8 stacks), each stack increasing the ink damage they take by 2.5%

Origin

Cloth immersed in dye vats drinks color the longer it rests. Things steeping in stagnant waters soften in their bones over time

An enemy standing in a puddle owned by the same player gains 1 soak about every 0.17 seconds, up to 8. Each stack adds 2.5% ink damage taken, 20% at full. After leaving, soak lingers 2.5 seconds.

Puddle body damage is multiplied by 0.75. That body damage already starts at 35% of drop damage, then takes this 0.75. With no puddle, soak cannot stack. Frost Mirror turns off puddle burns. Soak still stacks, and the vulnerability still applies to drops and pours.
