Origin
Water flows toward hollows and ebbs with tides. Water holding tidal nature never waits idle, surging forth where currents lead
A puddle’s width breathes about ±10%, and its hitbox follows. About 0.5 seconds after it appears or is refreshed, it surges toward the nearest enemy within about 32 tiles for about 0.43 seconds. The instant it starts, a wave edge deals 50% puddle damage. During the surge the width swells about 15% more, then eases off.
Puddle lifetime is multiplied by 0.80, about 2 seconds. With no puddle, this talisman has no effect. Frost Mirror blocks refresh, so the tide still surges once on spawn age and will not re-arm from new ink.
