In the dead of night, moonlight spills across deep pools like frost on water. Gathering this cool light under the canopy unleashes an icy cascade
By day this talisman has no effect. At night, hits wax the moon: drops and geysers add 0.04, pours 0.02, puddles 0.008. After full moon, the next invert pour becomes a moon pour: width multiplied by 1.50, and the pour hit adds a 35% splash burst about 4 tiles across. The phase then clears.
While the umbrella is held at night the moon also wanes, even while raining. About 25 drop hits can fill it. Without rain, a full moon empties in about 42 seconds. If another talisman has already claimed that pour, the moon pour cannot use that fall.
