Three stars turn at the rim. Each ink-drop hit charges them by 0.125, eight drops per arrow. When one fills, that star flies as a seeking ink arrow at 120% of the triggering drop’s damage, locked on the enemy just hit. Overflow charge is kept.
Beat interval is multiplied by 1.08. Only drop hits charge. Arrow damage uses that triggering drop’s panel.
