Effect
'Rainbow Bridge': after pouring a torrent, a rainbow bridge forms over the landing zone for 5 seconds: granting +10% movement speed and +10% summon damage underneath; enemies crossing the arc take 40% torrent damage every 0.5s

Clouds part after a storm, fleeting sunlight painting a rainbow across rising vapors. A transient phantom, gone in an instant
When a pour ends and finds a landing (solid ground or water), a rainbow rises above that point for 5 seconds. A pour into empty air raises nothing. A pour that crosses a waterline pins the rainbow to the surface.
Standing under the arch: move speed +10%, summon damage +10%. Enemies crossing the span take a tick every 0.5 seconds at 40% pour damage. Half-span is about 14 tiles, rise about 8 tiles. The buff fades about 0.1 seconds after leaving the arch.
Pour width is multiplied by 0.90. Every pour is narrower, whether a rainbow forms or not.
