Rubbing

Finale Slash freeze adds six ghost arms striking together; resets vigor to zero and locks dashing for 3s

Power

"Thousand Arms": during the Finale Slash freeze, six sword-bearing ghost arms rise behind you to strike together, each dealing 30% of weapon base damage

Burden

Executing Finale Slash resets vigor to zero, and Kamui Flash Step cannot be used for 3s

Origin

The Thousand-Armed Kannon extends boundless hands to ferry mortal suffering. The carver inlaid this aspect into the steel, establishing this rule: every soul ferried by the art must be met with a blade in hand

Senju is a gold-inlay horimono on the blade face. Gold changes the carving color and the rubbing’s rarity. Arm count, per-arm damage, and the recovery lock do not increase because of the gold. The moment a Finale Slash projectile fires, six sword-bearing ghost arms rise behind the wielder. Annihilating Flash raises none. A full-stance double dash that resolves as Finale counts. A half-stance Annihilating Flash does not.

The arms themselves deal no damage. Each swing drops a cleave. The six are staggered by about 0.08 seconds, sweeping from behind-left toward behind-right. Each cleave is 30% of the current weapon hit. All six landing is about 1.8 blade hits on top of the Finale itself. Rise is about 0.13 seconds, wind-up about 0.15. The first arm cuts about 0.28 seconds after the Finale fires. The last is about 0.42 seconds later.

When the Finale fires, vigor drops to zero and dashes lock for 3 seconds. Natural regen is held by the same post-spend delay. Walking and early combo beats remain available. Flash step and dash-into-Zanshin do not. Hi arts that need the blade in hand are also blocked for those 3 seconds.

While holding Onikiri, 8 different bosses must be sent off with Finale Slash. Types are unique: the same boss eight times is one name. Annihilating Flash kills do not count.
