Effect

'Tricolor': rain drops cycle through three colors: red drops trigger small bursts on hit (40% splash damage), blue drops slow enemies by 15%, purple drops increase ink damage taken by 5%

Origin

Paranormal waters shift unpredictably. Taking the fury of red, sluggishness of blue, and corrosion of purple, their cycle holds varied purpose

Rim drops and pour scatter cycle red, cyan, purple, then red again. If another talisman has already claimed the drop, that drop is not dyed and does not advance the cycle.

Red: a small burst on hit at 40% splash, about 4 tiles. Cyan: 15% slow for 1 second. Purple: +5% ink damage taken for 3 seconds. Cyan and purple can sit on the same target. Drop damage is multiplied by 0.95.
