Power
"Silent Kill": for 0.75s after completing a standard Kamui Flash Step, the next basic combo swing or Zanshin strike deals +35% damage

Whiffing the empowered strike still consumes the state, and dashing again clears the bonus; free dashes from executions cannot trigger Silent Kill

Mokukiri opens a 0.75-second window after a paid normal Kamui Flash Step finishes on its own. The next combo swing or Zanshin in that window deals +35%. The bonus is spent when the swing starts, not when it hits. A miss still spends it.
Starting another dash clears the window at once. A free execution dash does not grant the bonus and does not open a window. Annihilating Flash and Finale Slash neither take it nor spend it.
There is no tooltip multiplier. Dash again, stand still, or go into Annihilating Flash, and the bonus is gone. Stacked with horimono Planted Step on the same Zanshin or beat five, the two multiply, then cap at 1.50. 1.35 × 1.25 = 1.6875, billed as 1.50. The nakago holds one inscription. Karikiri’s decoy and Tomokiri’s guilt echo cannot share the seat.
